Specializations Offered

Students will be needing to pass through 4 Semesters consisting of total 16 subjects in two years. A rigorous practical approach demands submission of 64 case-study assignments (4 per subject) and a capstone project to mark the conclusion of the program.

Industry Salaries

What salary can I expect after Masters Program in Business Management ?

The industry range for MBA salaries is quite varied. Salaries for freshers range from 3.0 l.c.p.a. to 7.5 l.c.p.a. while experienced candidates are able to get a minimum of 30% hike on their last drawn CTCs.

Eligibility Criteria

What are the eligibility criteria to enroll for the Master’s program ?

Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any stream to apply for Master’s. Under special approval, candidates with a diploma and 5+ years of experience can apply for the Master’s program.

Duration for Master's

What is the duration of the Master’s program ?

All Master’s program (online/offline/hybrid) have a duration of 24 months (including 3 months of internship), with 6 months extension.

Executive Master’s Program is a 12 month program but the eligibility is minimum 5 years experience post Graduation.

Executive Master's Pathway

What is the executive pathway to the Master’s program ?

The Executive Master’s program is a 12-month intensive & compressed version of the two year Master’s. The program employs an extremely rigorous case-study approach towards learning. Students are required to complete the entire 16 subjects in 1 year, hence is open only for experienced candidates.

Exams & Assignments

What is the format of the exams and assessments required to complete the program ?

Slikun is probably the only institute that conducts exams & assessments in case-study format. To complete the program, candidates must go through:

Assignments – 64 case-studies
Exams – 16 papers (20 questions)
Capstone Project (100-150 pages) – 1

Internships

Will there be any internship associated with the program ?

The program has a compulsory internship project of 3 months post training. In case students are unable to land internships from other companies, internships will be provided by the institute through our partner companies (subject to availability).
